Servings: Fills a 3 qt casserole
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups flat noodles
1 can mushroom soup (or cream of chicken & mushroom soup)
1 (15 oz.) can veg-all
1 can tuna
1 sm. can corn (1 cup)
1 sm. sour cream (1 cup)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or cheddar/jack mixed)
salt / pepper / garlic salt
parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook noodles until soft.
Mix cooked noodles, soup, tuna, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Add vegetables.
Place in greased casserole, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
