Cherry Cream Pie
Servings: Makes 1 pie
INGREDIENTS:
- One baked vanilla wafer crust
- 1-1/4 cup crumbled vanilla wafers
- 1/4 cup melted margarine
- 1 small French Vanilla instant
Jell-O pudding
- 1-1/2 cups canned cherry pie filling
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon
- Stemmed cherry for the top
DIRECTIONS:
Crust . . .
- Press crumbled vanilla wafers and melted margarine into a smaller pie
pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Set aside to cool.
Filling . . .
- Make pudding. Spread in pie crust and add pie filling.
To Serve . . .
- Place a dollop of whipped topping on each slice, dust with
cinnamon and put a stemmed cherry on top!
