Cherry Cream Pie

Servings:  Makes 1 pie

INGREDIENTS:

  • One baked vanilla wafer crust
  • 1-1/4 cup crumbled vanilla wafers
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 small French Vanilla instant Jell-O pudding
  • 1-1/2 cups canned cherry pie filling
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon
  • Stemmed cherry for the top


DIRECTIONS:

Crust . . .

  • Press crumbled vanilla wafers and melted margarine into a smaller pie pan.  Bake 20 minutes at 350°.  Set aside to cool.

Filling . . .

  • Make pudding.  Spread in pie crust and add pie filling.

To Serve . . .

  • Place a dollop of whipped topping on each slice, dust with cinnamon and put a stemmed cherry on top!
