Wine Cake

Servings:  

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup cream sherry
  • dash nutmeg
  • powdered sugar for topping
DIRECTIONS:

Mix all cake ingredients together for 4 minutes at medium speed. 

Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 

Cool for 10 minutes, then turn onto rack. 

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
