SALMON PATTIES

Servings:  4

 

INGREDIENTS:

15-1/2 oz can Salmon
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 Tbl lemon juice
1/3 cup green onion
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
pinch pepper
2 Tbl parsley
2 eggs
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs
3 Tbl margarine (for frying patties)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Combine ingredients, shape into 8 patties (3/4 inch) and fry until golden brown.

 


COMMENTS:

Serve this with Dill Sauce.
